摘要: The design and animation of digital 3D models is an essential task for many applications in science, engineering, education, medicine arts. In instances only approximate representation required a simple intuitive modelling process, suitable untrained users, more important than realism extensive features. Sketch-based has been shown to be interface because the underlying pen-and-paper metaphor effective. In this paper we present LifeSketch, framework sketched-based animation. Three-dimensional are created with variation popular "Teddy" algorithm. analysed skeletons joints extracted fully automatically. surface mesh bound curved using skinning techniques resulting model can animated skeletal methods. The results our evaluation user study suggest that tasks considerable efficient traditional tools. learning curve very flat half page document was sufficient familiarise users tools functionality. Users were satisfied automatically joints, but some struggled selecting appropriate rotation axes angles animating objects. A intuitive, preferable automatic or sketch-based approach animations needed. Overall capabilities tool, found most its functionality natural they enjoyed it.
