摘要: This paper describes the development of new Low Temperature Cofired Ceramic materials (LTCC) with higher dielectric constants (/spl epsiv//sub r/). These glass-ceramic have /spl r/ in range 17 to 85 and demonstrate very low losses (tan/spl delta/) at radio microwave frequencies, thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) matched that GaAs. Dielectric properties were studied a frequency 1 kHz 10 GHz, results are presented along effects material crystalline structure. The family can address growing demand electronic manufacturers reduce package size, minimize energy losses, eliminate stray electromagnetic radiation. Materials be used for IC packaging, discrete components, radar, antennas systems, cellular phones, devices optimized parameters VHF UHF.
