摘要: Abstract The influence of deposition temperature and concentration NaNO 2 in the phosphating bath on surface morphology coverage iron-phosphate coatings low carbon steel was investigated. phosphate were chemically deposited from at different temperatures (30–70 °C) with addition amounts accelerator, (0.1, 0.5 1.0 g dm −3 ). investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) atomic force (AFM). composition determined energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) diffraction (XRD). Surface evaluated by voltammetric anodic dissolution (VAD) technique. It shown that increase -free up to 70 °C caused an coverage. significantly increased lower than 50 °C. crystals laminated needle-like structures for deposits obtained 50 °C, while higher structure transformed structure. 0.1 did not coverage, but decreased size, consequently favouring nucleation better packing crystals.
