摘要: Abstract Within this study, a new analytical strategy was developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of 78 organohalogenated contaminants in human blood serum, namely 40 flame retardants (FRs) including 7 “novel” brominated chlorinated FRs (novel FRs), 19 perfluoroalkylated substances (PFASs), 11 organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) 8 polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). The integral sample preparation procedure implemented isolation non-polar compounds, based on three-step solvent extraction using mixture n-hexane:diethylether (9:1, v/v), followed by purification solid-phase (SPE) Florisil® column. For more polar lipophobic analytes, remaining fraction from first step further processed, modified QuEChERS method. Depending polarity volatility target either gas chromatography coupled to (tandem) mass spectrometry (GC–MS/(MS)), or ultra-high performance liquid triple quadrupole tandem (UHPLC-MS/MS), employed their identification/quantification. subsequent pilot successfully applied monitoring 38 samples serum obtained Prague, Czech Republic. From targeted 10 PFASs, OCPs, PCBs 6 BFRs were detected at concentrations above method quantification limits (MQLs). In samples, amounts determined PFASs range
