摘要: Abstract The sequences encoding the full-length epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) were cloned from a cDNA library prepared T 3 M 4 cells. A transition (G to A) was identified at codon 497 of EGFR cDNA, resulting in substitution lysine for an arginine. same by sequencing derived 7 additional human pancreatic cancer cell lines, one endometrial line, and lung but not A43 1 Variant always co-expressed with wild-type EGFR. Both present genomic DNA two lines expressing variant normal (3 individuals) lymphocytes. These findings indicate that there are alleles this region gene, expression is common occurrence cancerous
