摘要: Morganella morganii is an opportunistic bacterial pathogen shown to cause a wide range of clinical and community-acquired infections. This study was aimed at sequencing comparing the genomes three M. strains isolated from urine samples patients with urinary tract Draft genome conducted using Illumina HiSeq platform. The MM 1, 4, 190 have size 3.82-3.97 Mb GC content 50.9-51%. Protein-coding sequences (CDS) represent 96.1% genomes, RNAs are encoded by 2.7% genes pseudogenes account for 1.2% genomes. pan-genome containes 4,038 CDS, which 3,279 core genes. Six ten prophages 21-33 genomic islands were identified in 190. More than 30 encode capsular biosynthesis proteins, average 60 motility chemotaxis about 70 associated fimbrial biogenesis adhesion. We determined that all contained urease gene cluster ureABCEFGD had activity. Both 4 capable hemolysis their activity correlates well cytotoxicity level on T-24 bladder carcinoma cells. These activities expression RTX toxin hlyA, introduced into phage similar Salmonella 118970_sal4.
