摘要: In addition to their role in peptide antigen presentation, class I MHC proteins also play a critical inhibiting natural killer (NK) cytotoxicity through interaction with NK inhibitory receptors. Thus, cells are cytotoxic virus-infected and tumor that have lost protein expression. However, the nature of receptors involved triggering lysis target is poorly understood. CD16 (Fcgamma receptor III) has been described as expressed on facilitates antibody-dependent cellular (ADCC) by binding Fc portion various antibodies. we show here broader function directly some cells, independent antibody binding. The presence putative ligand appropriate demonstrated use CD16-Ig fusion protein.
