摘要: Six long-term cannabis users (10 - 44 years of use) were studied for four days during which smoking was followed by three deprivation and on the fourth day. Blood samples taken at 30, + 30 120 minutes from each once in every Pulse rate blood pressure measured before sample. Prolactin dopamine-beta-hydroxylase activity estimated plasma. On third day, both prolactin significantly elevated compared to pre-smoking values, but returned them after second use. The mean arterial same course. data suggest that use man reduces noradrenergic enhances dopaminergic activity, while has opposite effect, possibly through presynaptic receptor mechanisms.
