摘要: The effects of Δ9 (THC) on body temperature, catecholamine synthesis and plasma corticosteroid levels were examined in the mouse at ambient temperatures 31°, 20° 10°C order to study role hypothermia THC's other actions. THC produced 10° 20°C, but not 31°C. Dose related increases dopamine norepinephrine rates corticosterone by bot 31° 20°C. biphasic. These data indicate that brain catecholamines are a result drug induced may be direct action neurons.
