1-δ9-Tetrahydrocannabinol: Neurochemical and Behavioral Effects in the Mouse

摘要: Administration of pure 1-delta(9)-tetrahydrocannabinol to mice had the following dose-dependent nzeurochemical and behavioral effects: a slight but significant increase in concentrations 5-hydroxytryptamine whole brain; decrease concentration norepinephrine brain after administration low doses an high doses; diminished spontaneous activity, mloderate hypothermnia, hypersetisitivity tactile auditory stimiuli, ataxia sedation, pronounced hypothermia, markedly spon taneous activity reactivity doses. The duration effects on body temperature correlated generally with changes amines. characteristic amines do not correspond exactly those observed other psychotropic drugs.
