摘要: A strict chemical nomenclature is first proposed. It based on the definitions of cannabinoids, psychoactive (THC) and nonpsychoactive (CBD, CBN, THC-11 oic acid), identified receptors (AEA G protein) their physiological ligands (arachidonyl ethanolamine [AEA] arachidonyl diglycerol [2-AG]). THC only natural cannabinoid that interacts with a receptor protein in stereospecific fashion, property which associated its psychoactivity. Other natural, CBN CBD, vary over wide range concentration marihuana preparations antagonize effects THC. They also possess biological properties, activating membrane enzymes (phosphorylase acyltransferase) increase arachidonic acid biosynthesis.
