A simple, low-temperature route to synthesize aqueous-dispersible Yb3+–Er3+ co-doped hexagonal LaF3 nano-crystals for up-conversion fluorescence

摘要: Abstract Aqueous-dispersible Yb 3+ –Er co-doped hexagonal LaF 3 nano-crystals were synthesized by a low-temperature aqueous phase approach in the presence of d -glucose. These are about 15–20 nm rectangular shape and easily dispersed water, producing transparent colloidal solution; they can also be precipitated separated addition NaOH. The morphology, crystal structure, fluorescence properties these analyzed TEM, XRD, spectroscopy, respectively. Furthermore, exhibit red green visible spectral region when excited at 980 nm. coated silica shell their is not changed, which will useful application biological labeling.
