摘要: A field experiment was carried out in the urban environment of Grenoble area using two epiphytic lichens: nitrophytic Physcia adscendens and acidiphytic Hypogymnia physodes. Two complementary studies characterized this experiment. Firstly, a sampling lichens 48 sites randomly located throughout indicated that roads (size proximity to sites) influenced nitrogen concentrations P. adscendens, but not those H. Secondly, study more accurately influence roads, traffic index calculated applied along transects perpendicularly motorways. Significant positive correlations were found between total concentration adscendens.
