摘要: Brucella spp. and Trypanosoma cruzi are two intracellular pathogens that have no evolutionary common origins but share a similar lifestyle as they establish chronic infections for which to circumvent the host immune response. Both virulence factor (prpA in tcPrac T. cruzi) induces B-cell proliferation promotes establishment of phase infectious process. We show here that, even though PrpA proliferation, it targets macrophages vitro is translocated cytoplasm during replication phase. observed PrpA-treated induce secretion soluble responsible identified nonmuscular myosin IIA (NMM-IIA) receptor required binding function this factor. Finally, we homologue also through same receptor, indicating strategy conserved between bacterial protozoan pathogen.
