摘要: Viral myocarditis is one of the major causes congestive heart failure and dilated cardiomyopathy. Recent reports have demonstrated an essential role cytokines, like interleukin-13 (IL-13), in pathogenesis viral myocarditis, while underlying mechanisms remain poorly defined. Here, using a coxsackie virus B3 (CVB3)-infection model BALB/C mice, we showed that IL-13 protected mouse function seemingly through reduction T lymphocyte immunity induction M2 macrophage polarization. Adoptive transfer to macrophages mimicked effects on protection from suggesting may be primarily regulation Together, our data suggest application treatment reduce cardiac Injury protect via enhanced
