The objective this review provide a consolidated report on traditional uses d spasmolytic activities some medicinal plants umbelliferae family viz Anethum graveolens , Apium graveolen se, Foeniculum vulgare Cuminum cyminum Pimpine l la anisum Coriandrum sativum Trachyspermum ammi extensively used spasm treatment application these oils.
