摘要: We have studied the regulation of ribosomal protein (r-protein) synthesis in Xenopus anucleolate mutants, which lack genes for rRNA. The accumulation mRNA two r-proteins analyzed parallels controls up to stage 30. This is mobilized onto polysomes and translated as normal embryos, but are unstable absence rRNA assemble with. A translational control rp-mRNA distribution between mRNPs observed, this not due an autogenous by r-proteins. After 30 amount declines specifically mutants because transcripts unstable. Considering temporal correlation event onset r-protein we suggest that operates at level transcript stability.
