摘要: This study is the first to examine morphology of fish sperm using automated analysis (ASMA). The technique was applied investigate effect an environmental pollutant, mercury, on goldfish Carassius auratus, and effects were compared with those motility. Goldfish flagellar length significantly shortened after instant exposure 100 mgl -1 (368 μM) mercuric chloride, while curvilinear velocity (VCL) percentage motile decreased at chloride concentrations 1 10 (3.68 36.8 μM), respectively. After 24h 0.001 mg l (0.0037 reduced in 38% spermatozoa. Following 0.1 (0.37 for 24 h, however, majority spermatozoa (98%), had flagella increased head length, width area. Sperm motility also probably due this concentration. shows that morphological examination by ASMA provides, not only, excellent tool monitoring reproductive disruption caused pollution, but has applications other areas biology, such as cryopreservation aquaculture.
