摘要: Abstract Synthesis and luminescence properties of LiInO 2 nanocrystals by the sol–gel process were investigated. The products characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), photoluminescence spectroscopy absorption spectra. well-crystallized tetragonal can be obtained heat treatment above 600 °C from XRD. excitation wavelengths at about 246 nm associated with charge transfer between In O 3+ ions in octahedral coordination. PL spectra excited have a broad strong emission band maximum 391 nm, corresponding to self-activated luminescence. optical sample exhibited gap energies 3.7 eV.
