摘要: The biologic and clinical foundation for using a broad soft-tissue pedicle genioplasty technique is described. This versatile stable produces more predictable changes than previously reported methods of altering chin contour with alloplastic implants. has clear advantages over other techniques procedures such as secondary local anesthesia, concomitant anterior subapical osteotomy, simultaneous submental lipectomy, segmentalization the to facilitate narrowing or widening.
