Authors applied swiching th e patients who remained chin asymmetry both sagittal split ramus done because mandible asymme try. operation, patient operator were satisfied with excellent esthetic results without any other complication. The switching effective surgical technique for it more advantages than sliding First, donor does not need bone graft. Second, can reduce fection, resroption, dehiscence, capsular contraction allograft. Third, have little damage. Forth, anteroposterior correction possible. Fifth, time less asymmetry.
