摘要: Gastric lymphoma is rare, accounting for 3% of gastric neoplasms and 10% lymphomas. Treatment should be stratified based on histologic type, stage, Helicobacter pylori infection, t(11;18) translocation status. Surgery no longer a mainstay treatment reserved rare situations such as perforation, fistula formation, severe bleeding. Multimodal treatment, including H eradication, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, provided appropriate can result in excellent outcomes.
