摘要: Background/Aims The eradication of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is an effective treatment in gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma associated with H. infection. However, the strategy MALT patients who are pylori-negative or unresponsive to therapy remains controversial. In this study, we investigated clinical efficacy treatments other than these groups patients. Methods This was a retrospective single-center study based on medical records diagnosed at Yeungnam University Medical Center between January 2005 and December 2016. Patients were treated therapy, chemotherapy, radiotherapy according their infection status stage lymphoma. Results Of 68 eligible patients, 50 enrolled study. 42 pylori-positive lymphoma, 36 (81.7%) as primary 25 (69.4%) achieved complete response (CR). without CR after (n=11, 30.6%) received secondary treatment. Two eight all 21 5-year progression-free survival rate 92.9%. Conclusions Radiotherapy may be worthwhile option that not responsive therapy.
