摘要: Background and Aim: According to a few recent reports on the long-term clinical outcome of gastric marginal zone B-cell mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma (MALT lymphoma); localized MALT generally has favorable prognosis. However, risk metachronous cancer not been evaluated. In this study, we analyzed outcomes including incidence cancer. Methods: Between April 1996 May 2008, 60 patients (31 men 29 women; mean age 58.1 years) with (stage I II1 according Lugano classification) were retrospectively. Results: Forty-eight (82.6%) achieved complete remission by eradication therapy. Radiation therapy was conducted eight as second-line treatment, all them remission. The median follow-up period 76 months (range, 12–157 months). One patient had local relapse after for 5 years three developed early without recurrence (5%). All cancers appeared in same areas where eradicated. Conclusion: Eradication radiation have outcome, though regular endoscopy should be performed detecting cancer.
