摘要: A new global motion estimation technique for sprite coding is presented. The proposed system manages to accurately register frames a without referencing the sprite. This allows process be performed in an environment free from adverse influence of which usually blurred by erroneous estimation. Furthermore, our can determine frame having highest resolution, base frame, video sequence and project all other space this frame. avoid loss information due decimation. Moreover, determination size conducted before construction avoids clumsy manual memory allocation. Experimental results show that estimates with high accuracy good robustness against errors, so it suitable applications MPEG-4.
