摘要: A method for guaranteeing correct establishment of Local IP Access service includes: obtaining the type a user equipment (UE) and capability base station. The also includes determining whether UE bse station are consistent. includes, in response to that statoin consistent, establishing LIPA UE. inconsistent, deciding establish according preserved strategy.
