摘要: Programming of the developing immune system during prenatal and early postnatal development can have a major impact on function risk later-life communicable noncommunicable diseases. A variety environmental factors exist, including chemicals, drugs, infectious agents, radiation, physical psychological conditions, medical procedures devices. Immune disorders appear to occur via three overlapping processes: (1) direct overt real-time disruption critical steps in maturation, (2) induction imbalance epigenetic regulation gene expression, (3) microbiome-mediated impairment maturation. This chapter summarizes literature provides view toward potential common pathways connecting early-life exposures with immune-driven
