摘要: Data are provided on the activity of a variety antimalarial drugs against drug-sensitive and drug-resistant lines Plasmodium berghei in albino mice. Parallel data for response parasites to these compounds vitro indicate whether have chloroquine-like or quinine-like type action, neither. The value this test system drug evaluation is debated. It concluded that vivo tests do provide valuable indication potential use compound malaria man. may also good future new strains already resistant chloroquine. Where necessary, steps should be taken protect promising compounds.
