摘要: We report a template-induced preferential electrodeposition method for tailoring hexagonally packed metal hollow-nanocones and taper-nanotubes. After sputtering layer of Au film, anodized aluminum foils with controllable periods depths taper-nanopore templates can be directly used as cathodes. Nanonipples on the top-layer alumina taper-nanopores cause “tip effect” during electrodeposition, which makes deposition rate far rapider at surface than that lateral walls bottom nanopores. Accordingly, pore opening template rapidly closed while their interior is still hollow. Based this principle, ordered arrayed (e.g., 100, 200, 300 nm) material composition Ni, Fe, Cu) realized in simple, inexpensive, accessible way. Besides, taper-nanotubes also obtained by skillfully making use combination both effec...
