摘要: The accumulation of mildly deleterious mutations accompanying recurrent regeneration plant germ plasm was modeled under conditions characterized by different amounts selection and genetic drift. Under some (sample sizes ≥75 individuals bulk harvesting seed) mutation negligible, but others <75 or equalization seed production individual plants) numbers per genome increased significantly during 25–50 cycles regeneration.
