摘要: Computer simulations have been carried out tocompare, under realistic genetic models, twomethods proposed in the literature to retaingenetic diversity conservation programmes. In a two-step method, contributions of parentsare set up produce minimum coancestry(kinship) among offspring, and this isindependent mating system subsequentlyapplied. In single-step method, contributions matings are decidedsimultaneously order minimise coancestry. The comparison is made terms maintainedgenetic populationfitness. We conclude that two methodsmaintain approximately same geneticdiversity but latter induces higher levelsof inbreeding, reducing fitness thepopulation. Avoidance close relatives'matings improves thefitness levels do not reach those thetwo-step scheme. also investigate theperformances different strategies incombination with coancestry (two-stepmethod), concluding these systemsdo substantially affect effectivenessof management. Finally, we illustrate howminimum group can be restrictedto loss fitness, if measure ofthis available for individuals.
