摘要: Abstract The Raman and infrared spectra of YBa2Cu318Oβ16O7−β TmBa2Cu318Oβ16O7−β with various amounts β 16O substituted by 18O have been measured. observed phonon frequency shifts the ir active modes are compared predictions from a recently proposed model for lattice dynamics these compounds. application this allows detailed study induced istope substitution inequivalent oxygen positions (OI, OII, III, OIV). resistive transitions samples also No isotope effect is ound if only one out seven replaced 18O. For 85% substition, shift ΔTc = 0.3±0.1 K in agreement previous determinations.
