Apex Oxygen Anharmonicity and Low Energy Electronic Transitions Observed in 1-2-3 by IR-Excited Raman Spectroscopy

摘要: The near infrared exited Raman scattering provides, because of very different resonant condition, new informations on high T c cuprate systems with respect to the usual visible excited one. In this paper MBa2Cu3O6+x (M = Y, Er) is reported. Their results obtained at oxygen content (O≤x≤1), isotopes (16O, 18O) and annealing procedures are compared those by excitation. peculiar behaviour apex O(4) atom in system emphasized these results. particular, evidences for existence an anharmonic potential associated oxygen, observation electronic levels around Fermi energy presented.
