摘要: The three human trefoil proteins pS2, intestinal factor (hITF), and spasmolytic polypeptide (hSP) are expressed principally in the mucosa of gastrointestinal tract. They also a variety other normal tissues tumours. This review discusses pattern expression cancer, current views on biological functions proteins, way which may influence behaviour cancer cells.
