摘要: During the 1975 Oxford Congress, we proposed use of stereotactic neuroradiology for evaluation pineal tumours and from then, adopted following strategy: Stereotactic biopsy in all cases, except highly vascularized tumours. Radiotherapy (external or interstitial) radiosensitive as germinomas, gliomas, pineo blastomas... Direct surgical approach radioresistant teratomas, pineocytomas, meningiomas... Chemotherapy was associated certain definite histological types (embryonal carcinoma).
