摘要: The ozone production rate in a dc low-current non-self-sustained discharge (dark discharge) oxygen is measured systematically as function of gas pressure and electric field strength the range reduced strengths E/N?=?120?800?Td pressures p?=?7?160?kPa. fraction energy consumed by electrons dark calculated generation efficiency (the maximal energetic yield an idealized with negligible ion losses) estimated. reaction coefficient for dissociation electron impact, deduced from curve, proposed.
