摘要: In order determine the potential of coplanar discharge arrangements with short electrode distances for production ozone, a numerical model behavior has been developed. The temporal and spatial distributions parameters e. g. those field strength, densities charged particles in gas region on dielectric surface that energy release reveal ozone results from electron phase discharge. Quantitative data productivity efficiency yield certain system are presented, which agreement experimental results.
