Parameters of barrier discharges in coplaner arrangements

摘要: The parameters of barrier discharges in coplanar arrangements were obtained on the basis a 2D numerical model. It was found that configuration electrode system (distance between pair electrodes, width and thickness dielectric layer above electrodes permittivity) determines overall discharge device. ignition voltage, effective capacitances, amplitude shape current are good agreement with measured ones.
