摘要: A total of 1057 samples fresh vegetables from import and domestic production were analyzed (cold pepper, egg plant, carrot, cucumber, potato, hot cultivation tomato, squash, beans, okra, onions, cauliflower, green house tomato). The aim this study was to investigate pesticide residues in market foods Riyadh, which have been collected Riyadh Development Company (Al-Tamer Vegetables Market). Pesticide determined by gas chromatography with mass selective detector (GC-MSD). multiresidue method developed described for simultaneous determination 86 pesticides commonly used crop protection. This determine a broad range physicochemical properties related organophosphorus (OPP), organochlorines (OCP), pyrethroids, carbamates mainly agriculture. Sample extract cleaned up using AOAC method. above the maximum residue limits (MRL) detected 15.89% (168 samples), but 83.90% (887 samples) has no or contained at below MRL. most frequently found permethrin (45 times) endosulfan (34 followed deltamethrin (27 times). findings pointed following recommendations: need monitoring program imported food crops.
