摘要: Numerous biosensors have been fabricated to detect chemical contaminants, such as pesticides, in food. A biosensor is the preferred rapid, in-field, portable, and low-cost detection method. An enzymatic includes (1) an enzyme immobilized catalyze reactions, (2) a transducer convert transfer variations reaction, (3) output that can be read analyzed. The substrate, enzyme, incubation time, immobilization type are important factors affect performance of biosensors. objective this chapter provide comprehensive description their efficacy detecting pesticides foods.
