摘要: Abstract In the intensive care unit patients benefit from being fed and having well controlled glucose levels. Insulin infusion serves as manipulated inputs to regulate blood glucose, while a sole nutritional input. this paper, model predictive control strategy, based on simultaneously manipulating insulin infusion, is developed improve regulation in patients. short term, used for tighter control, particularly disturbance rejection, while, long-term (24 h period), meet needs. The “habituating control” algorithm proposed tested against (MPC) strategy that only manipulates insulin. simulation results indicate Habituating MPC outperforms single input–single output by providing faster setpoint tracking patient population, producing less variability rejecting disturbances sensitivity.
