摘要: Patients with clinically significant coronary artery disease often have normal resting electrocardiograms. Clinical and experimental studies shown that body surface potential maps provide improved recognition of some states more regionally selective information than standard Body were recorded at rest from 41 symptomatic patients angiographically documented Patient statistically compared 644 subjects the use previously reported data representation technique. By this technique, electrocardiograms separated a sensitivity specificity greater 94%. The majority discriminating was present in QRS interval. Fifteen had single-vessel their separately maps. Average each three patient groups contained abnormal patterns during interval unique to vessel affected. In comparison average map subjects, group left anterior descending showed lower potentials over inferolateral thorax early mid interval, circumflex decreased around entire inferior late right interval.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
