摘要: Abstract Introduction Helicobacter pylori is a microaerophilic, spiral-shaped motile bacterium that strongly associated with gastroduodenal diseases, but recently, dental plaque and saliva have been implicated as possible sources of H infection. Two virulence factors are expressed by the alleles cytotoxin genes, cagA vacA , identified. The aim this study was to compare genotypes between stomach in same patient. Methods This performed on antrum gastric biopsy specimens samples, which were obtained from 250 patients undergoing upper gastrointestinal tract endoscopy Hagar Hospital Shahrekord Township Iran. Initially, strains identified rapid urease test; then, we applied polymerase chain reaction assay analyze both specimens. Results One hundred eighty-nine (75.6%) 36 (14.4%) samples positive respectively. Evaluation whose for showed great deal genotypic diversity patient; fact, 14 (38.8%) had different their samples. Conclusions data suggest >1 strain may exist
