摘要: Choledochal cyst is an aneurysmal dilatation of the bile duct; it a rare condition with incidence between 1:100.000 and 1:150.000 live births in developed countries, although probably more common developing countries. We report case choledochal young 22 year-old-female patients. She presented to out patient clinic history right upper quadrant abdominal pain. The preoperative diagnosis was made by ultrasound. complete recovery after early laparotomy excision cyst.
