摘要: Choledochal cyst is a congenital cystic dilatation of the b ile tract; it can beextrahepatic, intrahepatic biliary radicles, or both. It rare condition occurring more co mmonly in developing countries (100 t imes mmon Japan) than west and these lesions have female bias (4 times males). We report very case Type IV-A (abnormally large-size ) 15- year's old g irl. She presented to outpatient clinic with history recurrent pain jaundice fever for 2 months. The preoperative diagnosis was huge choledochal about 20*10 *11 cm size. patient made mplete recovery after cyst-excision Rou x-en-Y hepatico jejunostomy. Early suspicion this d isease important because surgical treat ment only way avoid dramatic mp licat ions disease. In we discuss history, clinical features, investigations, complicat treatment large size cyst.
