摘要: Abstract 1. In the digestive system of Carassius auratus gibelio trypsin- and chymotrypsin-like proteases were found, but no pepsin, elastase collagenase. 2. The occurrence these enzymes as zymogenes in hepatopancreas was shown. 3. endopeptidases are seryl-proteases. 4. Unlike bovine trypsin chymotrypsin, unstable below pH 6. proteinases not stabilized or activated by Ca-ions.
