Digestive enzyme responses of tambaqui (Colossoma macropomum) fed on different levels of protein and lipid

摘要: The adaptation of digestive proteases, amylase and lipase was studied in tambaqui fed with 350, 253, 301 205 g kg−1 crude protein, 49, 81, 113 145 g kg−1 lipid, isocaloric diets. Digestive protease increased when dietary protein stomach, where the highest specific activity observed. Unspecific intestine very low. Lipase observed throughout gastrointestinal tract, higher activities were stomach. However, pyloric caecum anterior posterior intestines responsive sections to lipid. Amylase detected but most relevant producer. Positive correlations between versus lipid protein. Tambaqui is food composition adapting main enzymes best profile.
