摘要: Two investigations were carried out with 150 gilthead sea bream Sparus aurata to determine the relative activity of six digestive enzymes (pepsin, trypsin, chymotrypsin, carboxypeptidase A, B and amylase) pH variation in lumen different parts gut fish fed one or two meals per day. Pepsin was found exclusively stomach, whereas activities other studied all regions gut, including stomach. The lack localization enzyme production tract S. is similar many species as reported literature. variations could be explained by general physiology following flow digest along tract. range pHs recorded various generally outside cited optima for proteases this species.
