摘要: The anatomy and the histology of digestive tract young adult sea-bream is described from studies using light scanning electron microscopy. dentition in juvenile (25–30 mm long) comprises all canine-like teeth, to which plate teeth transition elements are added adult. The oesophagus shows a multi-layered mucosa upper part, single-layered regions lower part. formed by epithelial cells, mucus-secreting cells rich with eosinophilic granules. The Y-shaped stomach, clearly distinguishable, has columnar epithelium under which, cardiac fundic portion, gastric glands, comprised similar present. pyloric region characterized four caeca, base ductus pancreaticus hepaticus discharge. The pancreas composed small masses spread along intestine; adult, pancreatic infiltrations can be seen liver. The intestine short (relative length 0.5–0.6). consists intercalated cells. A funnel-like valve marks passage terminal region, an abundance vacuoles full granules.
