摘要: Abstract The paper presents the results of investigation dielectric dispersion in RbD2PO4 vicinity low-temperature ferroelectric phase transition. It is shown that Debye type along b-axis frequency range 50 MHz to GHz caused by single relaxational soft mode which at Tc2=324 K softens 0.4 GHz. confirm quasi-one-dimensional nature and order-disorder
